This website and shop are run by Carmen Allison, an artist based in London, UK. I'm responsible for any personal information you share here. If you have any questions, email me at carmen [dot] e [dot] allison [at] gmail [dot] com.

What I collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and what you ordered.

When you join the mailing list: your email address.

When you browse the site: basic information about how the site is used, collected through cookies by Squarespace, which hosts this site.

I never see or store your card details. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments, which is powered by Stripe.

How I use it

Orders: to process, post and help with your order, and to keep the records I'm legally required to keep.

Mailing list: to send emails about new releases and discounts, only if you signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Site use: to understand how the site is used and keep it running smoothly.

Who I share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Squarespace (website, checkout and emails), Stripe (payments) and Royal Mail (delivery). I never sell your information.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it, by emailing me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
