Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email me at carmen [dot] e [dot] allison [at] gmail [dot] com to let me know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling me.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. You're responsible for the cost of return postage, so I'd recommend a tracked service.

Once I receive the item, I'll refund the price you paid plus the original standard delivery cost within 14 days, using your original payment method. Note- refunds for custom art are a special case and are at my discretion.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo. I'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including postage.
